Grant Funding Program

Thanks to the generosity of our community and everyone's hard work on the Dance-A-Thon, Rise Up! 94965 Foundation was able to launch our Grant Program, funding over $35k in grant requests from administration, teachers and staff! There's so much more we can do!

Let's work together to raise funds for:

Garden Program - We approved two grant proposals created by our wonderful garden coordinators. However, the garden program will not be funded by the district next year, so we are working with the garden coordinators and our community to secure grants/donations to fund the programs. Fundraising Goal: $60K. As of 11/1/22 we have raised $52,921,25.

Outward bound program for 7th & 8th Graders - By engaging participants in demanding situations, often in unfamiliar environments, Outward Bound allows participants to develop as leaders while also encouraging self-reliance, problem solving, craftsmanship, decision making and service to each other and the environment. Update: We are funding the outward bound program.
